A Celebration of Lammas | A Women’s Harvest Gathering
This is a one-day women’s retreat- circles, movement, conversation, nature + feast on the Mornington Peninsula.
There are moments in the year that invite us to pause, look around, and acknowledge what we’ve grown.
Lammas is one of those moments. Traditionally known as the first harvest marks a time of gathering, of recognising the work of our hands, the lessons of the seasons, and the light that has carried us here. It’s a celebration of craft, fire, skill, nourishment, and community.
This gathering is an invitation for women to come together on the land, to sit side by side, to move, to talk, to eat, to laugh, and to reflect.
Together, we’ll explore:
• The journey of womanhood- from maiden to mother (in all its forms) and the archetypes we move through
• The cyclical nature of women and how seasons live within us
• What it means to honour our skills, creativity, and lived wisdom
• How community becomes a place of nourishment, resilience, and remembrance.
The day will include:
✨ A women’s circle and closing circle
✨ Gentle yoga, movement, and DANCE
✨ A nature walk and open conversation
✨ A communal feast. Shared food to nurture us mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually
✨ Space for connection, reflection, and embodied presence
My vision for this gathering is simple and sincere; To create a space where women can come together in integrity and intention. To share skills, stories, knowledge, and wisdom between us. To remember how deeply we yearn for community, and how powerful it is to create meaningful experiences together.
If you’ve been feeling the pull to slow down, to connect more deeply, to honour your journey and the season you’re in you and babies in arms are warmly welcome.
Theme / Dress Code: Light!
Inspired by seasonal traditions that honour light, creativity, and skill, we invite you to come dressed in whatever helps you feel relaxed and at ease. Light colours and textures are welcome, but not required

12pm: 19/23 Mechanics Rd, Red Hill VIC 3937 (Hall for the afternoon)
